Tommy was a fantastic realtor! I NEVER write reviews so the fact that I am spending time to do this means that Tommy is a true standout.
Given that this was our first time buying a home, we had a TON of questions and Tommy was always VERY generous with his time. At the start of our journey, we were flexible (arguably too flexible) in where we were looking to live, North Bay, Easy Bay, South Bay and the City. No matter where the house was that we wanted to see, Tommy was always willing to schedule tours for us. Given the competitive market in the Bay Area, Tommy was always accommodating to jump on tours, disclosures, etc. in a very timely manor.
If you don't already know, buying a home in the Bay Area is nuts - it feels like everyone is willing to throw nonsensical amounts of money at homes and waive all softs of disclosures. Tommy always made us feel comfortable and never pressured us into a decision we weren't comfortable with which is truly important. I highly recommend Tommy!

Tommy was awesome! From our intro call to close he was always responsive, on top of it, patient, and willing to hustle to get the deal done. As a 5th Generation Petaluma Native Tommy was knowledgable of the different neighborhoods, schools, and town in general. I'm 5th generation born and raised here in the North Bay. My roots run deep as both of my grandparents have grown up here, cultivated their businesses, grew their families, and participated in giving back to our wonderful community.
